Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor who is well known for his role in the show on television 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. Since his time at college, Christopher Meloni has been attracted to the world of acting. He studied acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He's appeared in TV and films, however the small screen characters which gained him fame as well as a large fan base. He is able to portray characters of both good and bad sides in the law enforcement system. He can capture the audiences attention with ease. In the first television show, he played the part of a murderer. Then, he went on to play the part of an NYPD Detective. For his work on the small screen, he's been nominated numerous times for the prestigious Emmy Awards.
